Guardians must acknowledge<br \/>\neach one at the start of the school year \u2014 until they are done, you cannot see your child&#8217;s<br \/>\ngradebook or schedule.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual Student Health Information<\/li>\n<li>Authorization for Over-the-Counter Medications<\/li>\n<li>Code of Conduct acknowledgement<\/li>\n<li>Emergency form<\/li>\n<li>Notice of Social\/Sexual Health Instruction opt-out letter \u2014 grades 2, 5, 7 and 8 only<\/li>\n<li>Parent-Student Handbook acknowledgement<\/li>\n<li>Photo consent<\/li>\n<li>Technology agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other forms \u2014 sports health forms, student health forms, new student registration, records<br \/>\nrequests and the Chromebook loan agreement \u2014 are on the <a href=\"\/index.php\/forms\/\">Forms<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Parent-Student_Handbook\"><\/span>Parent-Student Handbook<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The handbook is the single reference for school rules, routines and expectations. You acknowledge<br \/>\nit through Genesis at the start of each year, but it is worth reading in full.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/4.files.edl.io\/d705\/03\/26\/26\/160323-98dc3fa1-e00e-4ed3-9238-f27ad0e70111.pdf\">FTS Parent-Student Handbook (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Before_and_After_Care\"><\/span>Before and After Care<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Before and after school child care at Franklin Township School is run by the YMCA of River<br \/>\nCrossing, not by the school. Most questions are answered quickly by speaking to the person responsible for the<br \/>\nclass, activity or program.
