guidance<\/strong> from the Franklin Township School District&#8217;s <strong>Child Study Team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Franklin Township Department of Special Services is conducting a <strong>Child Find<\/strong>&#8212;a program designed to locate and provide services for children ages <strong>3 to 5<\/strong> who may have physical, cognitive, language, social, or emotional difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>For children <strong>under age 3<\/strong>, information is also available to help families connect with early intervention services.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Signs_That_May_Indicate_a_Need_for_Support\"><\/span>Signs That May Indicate a Need for Support<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If your child shows one or more of the following, we encourage you to contact the Child Study Team:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delays in learning to talk or difficulties with speech<\/li>\n<li>Trouble walking, running, or using small objects<\/li>\n<li>Frequent health problems or a disability present since birth<\/li>\n<li>Consistent difficulty seeing or hearing<\/li>\n<li>Intense temper tantrums or extreme anxiety\/shyness<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty playing or interacting with other children<\/li>\n<li>Trouble paying attention or listening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_We_Can_Help\"><\/span>How We Can Help<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Through the Child Study Team, families can access:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Screenings<\/strong> to better understand your child&#8217;s needs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional guidance<\/strong> and recommendations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specialized educational programs and services<\/strong> (if needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of these supports are provided <strong>free of charge<\/strong> through the public school system.<\/p>\n<p><a
