Draft note for the Steward — delete before publishing: The live Staff Only Info page returns no readable content to the public — it is either gated or empty. I could not port it, and I have not guessed at what belongs here. If the page is genuinely staff-only, decide whether it should appear in public navigation at all: Standard 3.2 requires the sidebar and top navigation to match, and a page the public can see listed but cannot open is a poor experience. The alternatives are to move it behind a staff login, or to keep a public page that explains what is inside and how staff reach it.
